Terms and Agreement

By submitting this application, you, the Merchant, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Application Processing: Your Merchant Account Application will be reviewed, and the approval process may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a notification via email once the application is approved. Upon approval, you agree to a fixed rate of 2.49% plus $0.19 per qualified transaction for credit card processing.
2. Installation Fees: As you have chosen assistance with hardware and software installation:
   • You agree to a one-time installation fee of $399 per location for the first register.
   • For each additional register beyond the first, you agree to an additional one-time fee of $150 per register.
3. Software Subscription Fees: Upon approval of your Merchant Account Application with Maxpae:
   • You agree to a subscription fee of $59 per register per location, billed annually, for the “Cloud POS” software.
   • For each additional register beyond the first at each location, you agree to an extra fee of $19 per register per month, also billed annually.
4. Billing Authorization: By submitting this form, you authorize Maxpae to charge the above-mentioned fees to the bank account you have provided. You acknowledge that these charges are non-refundable once processed.
5. Compliance with Terms: You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the “Cloud POS” software and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the termination of services and additional charges.
6. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that cancellation does not automatically refund any fees already paid or exempt you from any fees incurred up to the date of cancellation.
7. Modifications: Any modifications to your Merchant Account or the associated “Cloud POS” services must be communicated in writing to our service team.
